The Organizational Committee of the 26th Limes Congress is pleased to announce the opportunity to apply for a scholarship dedicated to young researchers (under 35 years of age, i.e. born in 1989 or later). The scholarship will include a congress participation fee waiver and free accommodation in dormitory rooms at the Shota Rustaveli State University in Batumi.

Selection criteria

• The Applicant for the scholarship should be under the age of 35 at the time of the application procedure (year 1989 or later).
• We will only accept the applications of the authors that have already submitted a contribution (paper or poster).
• Secondary priority will be given to residents of the East and Southeast Europe countries and participants from outside Europe.

Congress participation fee

The waiver covers only the costs of the Congress fee. It does not include the closing diner.

Accommodation

Free accommodation will be available in a dormitory rooms at the Shota Rustaveli State University in Batumi.

Application procedure

Applicants are required to submit the fallowing documents:

• Scientific Curriculum Vitae
• Motivation letter
• Letter of recommendation

Application procedure will last until 15.07.2024.

Selection procedure

In the event that the number of applications exceeds the available scholarship limit, a random draw will be conducted.
